Prepare the Package
Securely pack the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the device at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
